Road Trip

Last weekend we took my parents to the Draper, UT Temple open house. It was great to be inside the temple with my mom and dad and give them the opportunity to learn more about the church. I'm so grateful they wanted to go and for their support. Here are some pics of our trip.

Draper Temple open house with Grandma and Grandpa. We kind of broke the rules to take this picture. You are only suppose to be in this parking lot if you are handicapped! Hence, Little Rose not getting out of her carseat for the quick getaway.
Little Rose did so good in the car. Diaper change at Wendy's in Evanston. No changing table in the bathroom...should be illegal.
Visiting Temple Square. My mom loved the visitors center that focuses on Christ. She couldn't get enough of the Jerusalem model. We had to literally pull her away. Dad thought the Christus was pretty neat.
Playing with dad in the hotel.
Napping with Grandpa after a long day.
Rose thought the continental breakfast was amazing...biscuits and gravy, bacon, hash browns, muffins, juice! Much better than the Economy Inn if you remember one of our previous posts. Guess this is what you get when your parents pay the bill.
Love Ikea! Here is the new toy we got Little Rose.
So happy to be home!

When did she get so chubby?! You don't have a little newborn anymore! She's SO cute!! I love the continental breakfast picture. That's pretty much how I look when I get continental breakfasts too.

Such an adorable baby. That picture of her eating breakfast has to be one of the happiest faces I have ever seen. So cute! Glad you had fun on your trip.

Lil Rose is getting SOOOOO big SOOOOO fast! I think her smile is even managing to get cutier too! Before you know it, Dad won't have to hold her little hands when she is on his shoulders, she will hold his ears to stay on! Glad to hear that your parents enjoyed the trip. I miss you and your parents! You guys post the best pics of Lil Rose, thanks!
